EGYPT
Joseph's Journey from prison to palace

July 12-16, 2010

Please join us this summer as your child will become a part of history as they see, hear,

touch, and even taste what it was like to live in Pharoah’s empire! You’ll experience authentic Marketplace shops, visit Joseph (who’s in Pharaoh’s prison..then get’s promoted to Pharaoh’s palace!), take part in games, dance to lively Bible songs, and sample tasty tidbits as you discover more about how God was with Joseph in good times and bad. These experiences will make God’s word come alive with new meaning for all who participate.

So, mark these dates on your calendar:

We invite the whole family to experience Egypt's Marketplace at our annual
picnic on Sunday, July 11 after the 10 a.m. service. Come and learn how to
make a basket from our basket weaver, sample unique treats, craft a jeweled
Cairo collar, create an Egyptian board game and play games at the Pyramid
Playground
!

Vacation Bible School will be July 12-16 and the adventure takes place from
5:30-7:45 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Friday for our
closing program! All children ages 3 years to 6th grade are invited. To help
offset the cost this year, we are asking for a $5 per child (maximum $15
per family)
registration fee. Each child will receive a t-shirt and each family
a CD of the music to enjoy all year long.
